We got up early and got ready for kids favourite zoo trip. For a change we tried our breakfast in food world restaurant, later we reached al ain zoo.

Very hot day so we couldn't see any one around except us, after sometime we saw some families.

We walked n took some pictures, we were exhausted in the hot sun, so we went to al ain safari tour in a truck, there was a lady tour guide who gave us information about animals living there.

The truck stopped in important stops where we can go to the back of truck and take pictures and see animals closer. We got opportunity to feed carrots to Giraffe. We saw zeebras, rhino, oryx, deers, lions.

We expected many animals but only the above animals we were able to see. As it was very hot day we cannot enjoy much. We got to know some unknown facts about animals.

Next we saw aquarium, there we saw two hippos sleeping inside water, big chameleon which changed its colour, fishes n big pythons.

As it was extremely hot outside we were all very tired so we walked and reached sheik zayed learning centre as it was air conditioned inside. We stayed inside for 2 to 3 hrs, kids felt relaxed as we found a good shelter in the hot sun.We got lunch from food shops inside campus and ate in the space for resting at sheik zayed learning centre.

After 3 hours we started to see lion and tigers,it was still hot so many were in shelters,so we just walked n reached bird house, we saw parakeets and quails in a natural environment, n saw kids favourite penguins they were so cute to see.

We missed the parrot show as we not aware of show times. Also we all were very tired. So we engaged kids riding carts, later we enjoyed feeding budgies, kids were so excited to feed.

We watched birds of prey show,we saw big vultures, eagles and owls. We saw lions and tigers out of shelters as it was five in the evening.

We started back to our hotel as we didnt have energy to roam further. We found tough to get taxi from there as zoo was crowded in the evening. We ordered food using talabhat app (like swiggy in uae). The day went on.

We started our trip before breakfast as mountain roads are zig zag, very wonderful view we got to see while going up less traffic as our travel time was bit early, we could see mountaineers cycling for adventures, there was army campus and a mountain view hotel on way, we took pictures there

Dubai trip - 2019 (Dubai frame and dubai garden glow)

We relocated in the middle of april to abudhabi, so for getting residence visa we had to go to dubai as my DH got his visa there. So we used this trip for sight seeing too.

Weekend holidays are friday and saturday. So we started friday morning to dubai, it takes 2hrs from abudhabi, we went by bus.

This time our first visit was shiva temple at dubai near museum, we had good darshan as it was weekend heavy rush there. Later from there we went to Dubai frame.

It was really very hot outside, we took tickets and put our belongings in reception (we can take handbags and cameras) n started to the lift lobby

on our way we can see early historical events of abudhabi and also things used in early days in above picture my kids standing infront of lanterns used in early days, it was very dark inside so couldnot capture with good lighting.

Later we started our journey to reach top part of frame which is 150m tall, in few minutes we reached the top part of frame, very amazing man made wonder so nice to see all places from frame.

We stayed there for 20ms on both side of frame windows we could see clear view of all iconic buidings of dubai, in the middle of floor there was see through glass floor where u can see the road transport and great experience of walking on that glass, i didnt really walk felt my DH did it.

We then came to our hotel for rest, Evening we went to dubai airport for visa formalities and waited for more than 2 hrs and got our visa stamped on passports and had our dinner at airport

from there we reached dubai garden glow. my younger son was not interested initially, but once we are in we were mesimerised by lights all around.

My elder son was busy with his video camera and my younger one started singing his own song for the music played at garden glow we didnt record his lyrics as we thought he was singing some movie songs from his cartoon later we realised that he used his own words to sing but before we started to record his song is over.

We really walked around glow garden and enjoyed the lighting works all around.

we went inside ice park which was very cool and saw beautiful ice sculptures

Finally we saw dinosaur park many dinosaur exhibits with reall sound effects kids were too excited to see dinosaur closer it looked real.

we were too excited to see and that was very nice experience overall. We took family picture in the dinosaur park but those souvenir photograph was costly yet we choosed in cd form of the pictures  as we dont want to miss the memories.

We happily exited the park it was 10.30 and we couldnot get a cab to go to our hotel we waited for some time as there was heavy crowd we walked further for 15ms to get a cab and we got one finally and reached our hotel.

Day 2:

Morning after breakfast in nearby hotel in alghurair as sangeetha hotel was closed , my DH booked our hotel as sangeetha was nearby but we were unaware of its location change. We checked out our hotel and started to LEGOLAND Dubai.

Where ever you turn we can see lego bricks everywhere kids had a non stop enjoyment there and of course we had a nice time there.

Really appreciate the efforts of many people who helped building those lego models such as dubai creek, egypt pyramids, taj mahal and many iconic buildings and road view of dubai.

We saw a factory where we saw how lego bricks are made and designed, Kids had fun in LEGO land driving school and got Lego land driving license, fire rescue academy where we drove our own fire engine and put off fire and also submarine adventure we got opportunity to ride on a submarine with family.

Overall it was a nice and memorable day with our family.
