Shanti meditation and it's benefits

During the practice of Agna meditation, the Kundalini power, originally located in the Mooladhara Chakra, travels up gradually to reach the brain cells, resulting in headache or heaviness in the head in some cases.

Shanthi Yoga alleviates such problems. The excess quantity of the life energy particles that have reached the head during Agna meditation flow back to the Mooladhara Chakra, when performing Shanthi Yoga.

Many people, who practice Agna meditation alone, without being aware of the security provided by Shanthi Yoga, often end up in trouble on account of the accumulation of energy in the head.

This can be cured through the practice of Shanthi Yoga even for a single day. This meditation is called “Shanthi” because it reduces the intensity of the energies and provides tranquillity to the body and the mind. It is an important part of Simplified Kundalini Yoga.

Benefits of Shanti meditation

Reduces body temperature and calms the mind.
Improves health, energy, and immunity
Supports digestion and relieves common body issues.
Balances physical and spiritual energy.
Enhances overall well-being with regular practice.

Shanthi Yoga is a simple yet powerful practice that promotes physical health, mental calmness, and balanced energy. If Practiced regularly, it helps maintain overall well-being and inner harmony.
