Kayakalpa Yoga is an ancient wonderful technique of the Siddhas(saints) of South India for the enhancement of life energy.
In Sanskrit, the term “Kaya” means “body and “Kalpa” means “immortal”. The Science of Kayakalpa delineates the manner in which the human body can be immortalised.
It combines Ashwini Mudra and Ojas breathing to energize cells and increase immunity. It is known to cure chronic diseases and improve mental ability.
LIMIT AND METHOD IN FIVE FACTORS
Hunger, sensations of heat and cold and the need for excretion are natural feelings, part of the normal functioning of the body. They are balanced through food, work, sleep, sensory pleasures and thoughts. If any of the five is neglected, indulged in excessively or differently, the body suffers, producing illness.

1/2 food,1/4 waterand 1/4 air
Method: Eat satvic food and avoid junk food
2.Work
Every human being so work for survival and earning
Limit - choose righteous work that are morally
and socially beneficial
Method - Avoid multitasking, maintain work-
Life Balance
3.Sleep - restores energy
Limit: Adults : 6-8 hours a day
Children :8-10 hours a day
Method: fixed bedtime,light dinner
4.Sensory pleasures
They give temporary happiness.
Limit : moderate enjoyment
Avoid harmful substances
Method: choose healthy food, mindfulness
5. Thoughts
Thoughts play an important role in strengthening the mind .
Limit : Avoid excessive thinking
Focus on present
Method: practice introspection
Positive affirmations
Eating, working, resting, sensory pleasures and thinking should not be neglected, but performed meticulously and in time. They should not be in excess or performed in an improper manner, failing which the polarity in body cells will be affected. Proper care should be exercised at all times.
